So I have been told that this "about me" section needs to be good. Not mediocre, but good. So here is my best attempt to get your attention:
I've been living in the Sacramento area for 2 and a half years and have found that it's not quite what I expected. I remember picturing politically-minded people everywhere in suits rushing off to the Capitol building....guess I need to get out of Midtown to see that. I am originally from Southern CA and lived in Long Beach for 8 years before moving up here for graduate school.
I am very open-minded and thought it would be a unique way to meet new people through this site (although it is a little scary putting myself out there like this). Recently my friends told me about a few of their online dates and one told me she liked the guy until he stood up and realized he had skinny jeans on...and the other one told me her date showed up with his front bumper sticking out of his car after it fell off on the way to meeting her. For the record, I do not own any skinny jeans (except for my red ones which I wear on holidays only) and my bumper is securely attached to my car, I double checked this morning.
I enjoy meeting women who can carry a conversation and have a sense of humor. Those 2 qualities are the groundwork for chemistry to me...I don’t think that’s too much to ask for?....I like meeting women who are driven, passionate, intelligent, honest, caring, and overall nice. I also appreciate an active life style since I enjoy being outdoors (hiking, snowboarding, mountain biking).
