I'm a friendly sort of guy with a fairly dry - sometimes lightly sarcastic (though not mean)- sense of humor. I've been told that I'm kind and thoughtful. I've had my head down and focused on my career for the past decade or so but life has recently thrown me a curveball , so I've come to the realization that there needs to be much, much more to life than work.
Ok, that sounds fake. But I'm definitely not that.
I like to travel, either by motorcycle, car, or plane. Motorcycle touring is fun and a sort of "Zen" for me, but I also enjoy drives through the country- the more curves the better! Ahem. Movies are always fun. I like to do some geeky stuff like play video games and build model airplanes with my 15 year old son but also enjoy hiking and walking my dogs... but most of all I like to laugh. A lot.
I'm looking for a smart, funny woman who enjoys going to movies, concerts, going to the beach, going for a leisurely drive through some of lovely countryside California has to offer. Communication and good conversation is a must! I'm always also open for a walk or a hike, or just hanging out at home watching movies by the fire while tossing down a frosty cold microbrew or nicely chilled red wine.
