I am originally from California and I am in the first year of my PhD at Duke University. I hope to find some new friends, activity partners, or possibly more!
I am kept quite busy at school but in my free time I enjoy cooking, photography, yoga, birdwatching, hiking and biking, and dancing (partner dancing such as salsa/swing/tango). I am stuck in front of a computer quite a bit, so I really enjoy opportunities to be outside.
My good friends would probably describe me as genuine and fiercely loyal. I can be serious and very focused particularly at work/school, but I also enjoy being goofy and sharing lots of laughter with friends.
