my name is Rod. i'm not your typical kind of guy. i work and play harder than anyone i know ;). i am extremely loyal and am the type of person that will always remember you for the good. i have equal respect for everyone and everything and will listen to anyone talk about anything. i am not afraid to share my opinion or thoughts about anything but will never judge you if you have a different opinion but appreciate you and your tenacity to share whatever it is you are thinking. i don't let people push me around but i will not push you around either. i will admit to my mistakes and listen to any constructive criticism anyone has for me and am quick to adapt to those around me. i am always on the go and hate routines. i love being busy and getting the job done regardless of what it takes. i always do what i say i am going to do when i say i am going to do it. i believe honesty and integrity are key to a happy life and the reliance on ones goals they wish to achieve rather than tying happiness to people or things. i am very independent. i tend to think most things are funny even when everyone else doesn't. i am quick to lead the way rather then follow but appreciate opinion and will go with the flow if that is the best alternative. i rationalize things on a day to day basis rather than following my emotions when making decisions. i am very analytical and quick to come up with a solution to any problem.
