It's pretty difficult to objectively write something about yourself and sound interesting, but I will give it a shot. I would probably describe myself as the typical girl-next-door kind of girl. The kind who, at times, loves to get dressed up and go downtown to a new bar or to listen to music or is just as content with kicking it in my sweats and watching a movie. I am usually pretty shy around new people at first, but once I get to know someone I treat them like I've known them my whole life. Work and my education are both very important to me, however family and down time are equally as important. I love devoting time to trying things I've never done before or road-tipping to places both familiar and new. I would really like to plan a road trip through the southern states since that is a part of the U.S. I've never been to before. Traveling is obviously a huge passion of mine, and I would love to find a guy who feels the same way. I was lucky to have spent a semester in Scotland, so going back for a visit is on my immediate priority list!
Fitness is also a relatively new interest of mine. I am working really hard on becomming a stronger runner and finished my first 7K race back in March. The feeling of crossing the finish line was unbelievable! I recently signed up for my first mud run for June and am really excited for it! I am hoping I can find someone who loves hitting the gym as much as I do!
I guess I'm looking for my best friend, someone who is honest, kind, and pushes me to grow and to be a better person. Bonus points if they are up for all the random things I enjoy doing like going to rockies game, rocking out to classic rock in the car, grabing a drink at a new bar, or watching any football game (preferably 49ers... sorry die-hard Broncos fans! But I like the Broncos too, so dont worry lol) Extra bonus points if you like camping and paintballing, both of which I have never done, but are on my bucket list!
