Well hello!
There's a lot of things that makeup a person: character, experience, family background etc. I will try to limit this 'about me' to those items that might actually be of interest to you ... let's see how I do? :) Years of conditioning have turned me into someone who can only write formally; I'm much more engaging in person!
I'm from NY by way of MD. I enjoy watching sports quite a bit though I am not particularly athletic, love being outdoors, have zero love of winter. I prefer to stay busy most of the time vs staying at home when possible. Getting to know new people has always been a challenge for me but once an introduction is made conversation and laughter almost always flows easily. I've made some good friends since moving to Atlanta through several social clubs and look forward to meeting more people and having new adventures. There is a ton of Georgia I'd love to get out and explore.
I think you should fight for your principles and the underdog, question all the answers, strive to do the right thing, and try not to judge those who sometimes fail. I think that if you can take the time to understand where someone else is coming from you can often find compromise. Despite my wisecracking sense of humor I'm generous and try to put my friends and loved ones first. Taking care of other people and making them happy in turn makes me happy. What I want out of life is to laugh and enjoy and contribute.
What I'm looking for in a partner is fairly simple; someone to enjoy life with who values me and whom I can trust to honor and support me (no, I don't mean financial support). He would have a good work like balance, enjoy being out and about, be there to help keep me warm on those winter days/nights I dread so much, and be the kind of person I can be completely open with. The best relationship is one in which both partners can feel safe knowing they can be open, honest, and themselves.
Well I think I'll stop there and try to preserve some of the mystery ;) Hopefully I've been able to share enough relevant information without boring you to tears? If so, please reach out and say hello!
If you get a wink from me it doesn't mean that I'm self-conscious or shy, but rather an invitation to come by and say hi...you know, like in real life ;) I am after all a traditional girl at heart and just because we're online doesn't mean a girl doesn't want to be courted.
