After 10 yrs running restaurants in NYC, I skipped town, and went to live and work in Chile, then Cambodia. I just got back from studying Ayurvedic Massage in India. I'm lucky, I can just get up and go.
Some family stuff brings me back to town, and although I love the nightlife, I struggle to go out with the fervor of my 20s.
I'm always up for a road trip, concert, martini, belly laugh, comedy show, or poolside hang, or even a discussion as to why genetic mutations happen (nerd), or staring for hours at the moon, or studying muscles and joints (anatomy geek).
Montauk, farmers markets, silly friends, yoga, cooking for hours with great wine and company, the human body, learning new languages. These are my favorite things, and I'm thankful for each, and appreciative of those that join in and make them even better.
Just looking for an HONEST and solid guy with very little BS (everyone's got some), who's word means something, who can plan things and make decisions, and who takes pride in being good to his woman.
Feeling like I'm leaning toward cliche (oh the joys of writing a profile) so to be honest, I'll mention that I think this online thing starts with looks (lets just throw it out there) and if you're cool, we're cool, and we get on, and we chat for hours and have lots in common, then we date, right?
And in regards to the leap of faith we take to try online dating, its not for everyone, and I was convinced it wasn't for me either, but hey, I say "you don't regret the things you do, you regret the things you don't do." So I'm trying it. I just don't want it to seem like a job interview, anyone with me?
