I think the key here is to not sound like the personals or Craigslist. Easy enough, right?
Allow myself to introduce... myself. I sometimes ramble when I get nervous, am not a big fan of chocolate, secretly wish I could be a contestant on Wipeout (fully aware I'd probably get punched in the face and belly flop into a lake), and sometimes laugh at my own jokes before I get to the punch line. Sometimes. Likely to be the biggest dork you will ever meet and when fitting am notorious for quoting movies and incorporating them in conversations with no one the wiser. I love watching the good, the bad, and the awesomely bad movies.
In all seriousness family is important to me and am close to mine. I appreciate the little things people say or do. Long walks on the beach is slightly overrated but are nice on hot days. I enjoy working out and being healthy. Taking care of oneself is high on my list. Although not the healthiest on the menu I do pride myself on making some mean BBQ ribs. A six hour process that's worth the wait. Needless to say I am a patient woman. I like to consider myself to be down to earth, honest, a little random, and independent.
I guess I'm looking for someone who's in a good place in their life, laid back, open to try new things, and is an honest, family-oriented man. Too much to ask?
