I moved down to DC from Philadelphia for a (wonderful) job not too long ago. I came here with no expectations and only a handful of friends, and I've managed to create a pretty amazing life here for myself! I can honestly say that I imagined myself in every other city except for DC, but I've really learned to love what this city has to offer. It also doesn't hurt to have a great group of friends ;)
I would consider myself down to earth, humble, fun-loving and definitely a little big quirky. I am someone who genuinely appreciates the little things in life. I prefer thoughtful gestures more than something that's extravagant or over the top. As for the guy, I really appreciate someone that has a positive attitude and is easygoing but ambitious. I also can't express to you enough how important a good sense of humor is to me, so bring it on!
Art and design is a big part of my life and career. In a perfect world, it would be nice to meet someone who shares that same interest, or someone that can appreciate that part of my life. I'm also a lover of music, and almost always down for a good concert.
I'm honestly just looking for someone that I really enjoy spending time with, and then see where it goes from there!
