Writing about yourself is not the easiest thing to do but I’ll give it a shot. I consider myself pretty easy going and laid back. If I’m being completely honest I’ve probably been a little bit of an introvert for the first part of my life but it’s something I’ve been steadily growing out of. I may not be the life of the party but I still enjoy being at the party and can tell a story or joke with the best of them.
I’m blessed to have a wonderful job in medical software industry where our goal is to help improve patient care in hospitals. It’s given me the opportunity to travel across the country and even to Europe where I’ve met so many great and interesting people.
My passions are playing golf, following Auburn football and sports in general, history, movies, and music. I love stories and things that make you think and give you goose bumps. Whether it’s a good movie or tv show when something happens that you didn’t expect or when your favorite song by your favorite band comes on the radio. Things that make you say ‘wow’ out loud and make the hair on your arms stand up. And that’s what I’m looking for in a partner as well – somebody who makes me think and gives me goose bumps. Then again aren’t we all?
Favorite places to visit – Auburn, the Gulf Coast, Las Vegas, New Orleans, the Carolinas
A good night out – for me going to a local bar or restaurant for a few drinks and dinner is just as good as anything. Going to the movies or listening to live music works as well or I could just as easily hang around the house cooking dinner and having some wine.
My dreams – I’ve always been a little bit of an amateur writer and still think I’ve got a novel in me. One of these days I’m going to sit down and get it done. And I’d also like to move back to Auburn – my favorite place in the world.
I’m still not 100% sure what I’m doing here. I don’t know if I’ll ever even attempt to reach out to any of you. I guess just signing up and writing all of this is a start and we have to start somewhere. I know we’re all out here searching for the same thing and I wish you all the best.
