I try and live every day to its fullest.
I am a morning person and typically start my day with a run, ride, or swim (or some gym workout in the winter) by 5:30-6am. It's a great way to start the day. I also live a healthy lifestyle inclduing what I eat.
I am an active triathlete, and just recently completed my 2nd Ironman in Cozumel, Mexico. I am not out to win races and usually finish in the middle of my age group. Nonetheless, I enjoy working out and keeping in shape (physically and mentally). When time permits, I also lift weights, scuba, hike, play tennis, ski and more to keep active. Being outdoors and working out is a great feeling.
I also have a cultural side and love like theatre, the Hollywood Bowl, live music (from Smooth Jazz to Rock to Classical) and more. I am not a big fan of TV except for the occasional recorded movie, Wimbledon or The World Cup (soccer that is). I like to read and listen to NPR/public radio - intelligent news and shows (with no commercials) that actually make you think; what a concept!
I have traveled a lot (Europe, S. America, S.E Asia -India, Nepal, Thailand, Bali, etc-, Australia, New Zealand and more) and have lived overseas three different times. Plus I go to third world countries once year to do volunteer medical work.
You are: intelligent, athletic, in great shape, enjoy working out, try to eat healthy, compassionate, passionate, like stimulating conversation, are very active but also enjoy the quiet times at home, think that taking a nap is great (when you can), like to kiss with passion, enjoy a good glass of wine and understand that that physical beauty and intelligence can both be attractive and sexy. And have a positive attitude and a good sense of humor. After all, humor, is the best medicine.
