I’m a “glass half full” kind of girl and always do my best to stay positive and optimistic. I believe in truly enjoying every day and living life to the fullest.
Teaching is my passion. I love the rewarding opportunities and challenges that come with my career. I can honestly say I look forward to entering the classroom every day. I taught fourth grade for four years and will be moving to the middle school next year. I’m a hard worker and somewhat of a nerd. I like someone who can challenge me intellectually, but still maintain a sense of humor and light-hearted attitude. You can’t take life too seriously!
I enjoy a little adventure in my life whether it’s attending local events or festivals, taking a road trip to a new place, hiking, or traveling across the world. I’m energetic, active, and love being productive. I also enjoy relaxing and drinking some wine, but if it’s a beautiful day out, I will be outside (most likely running).
I’m independent and believe that relationships involve a balance between time spent together, alone, and with friends and family. You need to be your own person and content with who you are before entering into any type of serious relationship in my opinion.
A few of my favorite things (in no particular order)....ice cream with rainbow sprinkles, bargain shopping, my family and best friends, wine tasting, learning to cook, drive-in movie theaters, sweets, running or going to the gym, card games, the beach, coffee, dancing around my house and singing to my favorite music, dancing at a club, watching PSU football or even better actually going to the games and tailgating...just to name a few.
