I prefer sarcasm to slapstick, crunchy peanut butter to smooth, sunsets to sunrises, autumn to spring, rhinestones to diamonds, dive bars to clubs, and Peets coffee to chamomile tea. I feel lucky to live in the Bay Area and unless a long-lost relative bequeaths me a castle in France, I want to spend my life here. My friends are important to me and I want someone who will fit in well with us taking burritos and sake to Dolores Park on a sunny spring day. Some nights, I want to go out and sip gin and tonics all night long and some nights I want to stay in, make a grilled cheese, and watch re-runs of Dexter. Intellect is important to me and I like it in men. I also like men who know what they want and who have a pretty good idea of how to get it. I thoroughly enjoy my life and routines ("This American Life" on Saturdays, farmer's market on Sunday) and am looking to expand my circle.
