I'm am a passionate, sincere, often quirky, always smiling, sometimes oblivious, frequently smart, admittedly nerdy, sarcastic lover of life. I adore being romanced and truly appreciate a gentleman. Honesty and character are top priority for me ? especially when no one?s watching. My friends and family will tell you I?m compassionate, warm and incessantly logical. I love exploring Denver and Colorado ? no better day than jumping in the car and driving anywhere. I embarked last year on a long-awaited journey to get a motorcycle and am loving Colorado's roads on my Honda Shadow. I love museums, fairs, festivals, markets, art exhibits, plays, picnics, salsa, cowboys, and anything involving percussion and brass. I?ve traveled to Latin America, South American and Asia, but am itching to do more. I love being high-high on the rocks, high on peaks. If you own a pair of crampons and know how to use them, we could definitely have some fun - love our Colorado "big kid" playground! (note: lack of crampon ownership is certainly not a deal breaker!) I am a bit of a politics junky. I can talk endlessly about what?s happening in our government and our country and what should be happening. I have a very close relationship with my family. My parents and three sisters are the most important people in my world. I believe that giving back to the community is essential if you have skills to offer. To that end, I volunteer coaching a high school Mock Trial team. I also volunteer for the Colorado Mountain Club teaching aforementioned crampon usage and other fun stuff. I love jazz and could listen to Thelonious Monk for hours. I also love conversation. A ?perfect? date for me would be a dinner that lasts for hours filled with ideas, opinions and educated insight.
My ideal match? Who knows! I can say that honesty and integrity are high on my list. I?m looking for someone that excites me and challenges me. Someone who is passionate about what they do- whatever it is - would be in good company with me. On the ?can?t do without? list is responsibility and the capacity to follow through.
