I am a calm, easygoing person and I believe in taking time to stop and smell the roses. I am a bit of an introvert and I used to have a really hard time meeting new people. Becoming a nurse helped me has helped me a lot with that. I love my job and can't imagine doing anything else. During high school and nursing school I worked with a local theater and I still see as many productions as I can. That also ties in with my love of anything old or anything that has a history to it. I enjoy visiting museums, antique stores and historical sites.
I was born and raised in Richmond but my mom is from the Eastern Shore and I consider that my second home. I have a very large extended family but we are unfortunately not close. As a result I think of my friends like an extended family. I have a cat who believes she is queen of the house and I should cater to her every whim. I would love a house full of different kinds of animals but I can't at the apartment I live in.
