First, I am a very youthful for my age (which is actual), and have lived with someone, and with someone else, discussed wedding dates and gone ring shopping until we mutually decided to call it off-- I have committed and can absolutely with the right person. I'm solid with unusually good values compared to the average LA guy. In addition to holldng a senior position at a terrific independent film distribution company, I teach an extension class. While I am a Western man, I hold admiration for the East, and am pretty intuitive for a guy. I take a partnership approach to relationships- you have to be able to give and receive, be there for each other and have sticktuitiveness. I am no game player. Having graduated from a pretty good school, Michigan (that midwest and my east coast backround had a good influence on me), I can do well with educated women ( not a prerequisite), and also seem to click with teachers, healers and health professionals nicely. but if you are none of these, that doesn't mean we won't click.
A woman looking for a relationship of the conventional or unconventional kind either is great, and I am absolutely open to a child if that is what the women wants. And it's fine if that is not part of the equation. I could be a very good Dad if that is what the situation calls for. But finding the right woman is most important.
I prefer someone in their 40's, and if you are an understanding, supportive partner, if you have good values and apppreciate a man of depth, we could connect.
That being said, I have a good sense of humor and definitely have a fun, playful side, providing romance and excitement when life permits.
I'm a decent looking guy, and I'd want a woman who would be described roughly the same way. BUT MORE IMPORTANTLY, I would really respond to an understanding, relatively secure, somewhat easygoing woman of integrity, not flaky or unstable, good values, fairly warm and sweet, a good person. A physical relationship is very important, but so is an intellectual, emotional and somewhat spiritual one.
