Hey all! My name is Ali (and yes, that's my FULL name... weird right?) I pride myself in being extremely down to earth and positive. I have never been one for "drama" and simply love to enjoy life. I always try to look for the good in any situation by staying optimistic and using humor. I have a strong head on my shoulders and definitely know what I want out of life. I am extremely social and love meeting new people. Rarely do I like spending time on my own. I like to think that I am outgoing and get along with others really easily. Like I have mentioned earlier, music plays a large role in my life, so a good "jam sesh" on guitar/piano is always refreshing. I love fun nights out just as much as a chill afternoon on a sunny day grilling in the the backyard with friends and family (..and beer of course).
As a recent graduate of the University of Delaware, I received a bachelor's degree in music education in May of 2010 and am currently a high school band director in central Jersey. College was definitely a phenomenal four years, but I have thoroughly enjoyed jumping into the next chapter of my life so far. I am extremely goal oriented, but also commit to the fact that family and friends are the most important thing in my life.
Without going into much detail, my college major truly sums up what I am passionate for... music and teaching. It's what I have always wanted to do, so that's what I am doing. Ok, enough of the logistics..
I am looking for someone who can, first of all, make me laugh, and simply enjoy life. I do want settle down, but am up for more casual dating just to "feel people out" as well. Being down to earth, having a level head and a deep understanding of the value of family is a must. I hope to find someone who is confident in themselves and their aspirations in life, just as I am.
