So, its Tuesday morning now... late February. My subscription to this kooky, life experiment will be ending in mid-March... It's been interesting, but not all that successful... Well, I am sure it's quite a positive experience for Match.com, but not so much for me... Not bad, but still left a bit wanting.
Dear Women (I would say Men too, but hopefully there aren't many men reading this), This is an untraditional, semi-scripted, reverse-revealing process... Traditional "sparks" cannot ignite in a traditional fashion, its a social impossibility. The 'medium is the message', type of concept. So, in defense and support of myself and all my competition, give some fellas a chance beyond an hour in a coffee shop to be interviewed (coffee shop dates are an oxymoron to begin with, it's like hoping for a spark with box of wet matches and a yogurt pit)... I don't get offended easily and my best friend with benefits would be okay with sarcasm, dry wit and generally open to having great times. I think that laughing at yourself, with others and at others (sometimes) loudly, from the depths of your belly is as important to health as exercising and not eating grissle. I truly appreciate the ability to laugh at oneself - I believe it shows humor, confidence and security all at once.
I love road trips, dogs, chicken parmagiana, music, hiking, cycling, reading, writing, laughing, movies and a nap about once a month if the opportunity arises. I am looking for a woman I find sexy in every way that a woman can be: mind, body, soul, perspective, honesty, humor and everything else.
I believe there is a thin - and hugely important - line between being a positive person who can be sarcastic and being a negative or pessimistic person. I am a positive person and that is what I want to find here... and everywhere I guess.
