*I have traveled the country extensively for work the past eight years while living and working in a different city every 3-4 months (Phoenix, Los Angeles, Seattle, Portland, Denver, New York City, Orlando, Chicago, San Francsico, Philadelphia, New Orleans, Houston, San Jose, Sacramento, Washington DC, Dallas, Charlotte, Kansas City, Cleveland, Boston, Atlanta and Tampa).
*After traveling the world, I've decided I'm ready to settle down in either NorCal, SoCal, or NYC.
*I LOVE to travel - weekend road trips to Napa, Sonoma, Tahoe, Yosemite, Monterey, Carmel, Big Sur, SoCal, etc. I LOVE weekend getaways to other US cities (Los Angeles, Scottsdale, Vegas, Chicago, NYC, Miami Beach, Hawaii, etc). I also LOVE to travel to the Caribbean every month or two.
*I love to be 'where it's at' - I went to the Olympics in Vancouver and planning on attending the 2014 games in Socchi,Russia. I love going to Super Bowls, Mardi Gras in New Orleans (just went again this year - 2013), Indy 500 in Indy, Kentucky Derby in Louisville, Carnivale in Rio de Janeiro, Oktoberfest in Bavaria, etc - If there is a big music act in town (U2, for example), I will be there - Looking for somebody who shares my desire for spontaneous travel. I love to soak up the local scene and hit the ballparks, museums, restaurants, and tourist traps. I'm planning on doing some extensive world travel in 2014.
*I was born two days after Christmas and brought home in a stocking, I have two older sisters, three nieces, a nephew, and my parents were married for over forty years. Translation: I place a lot of value on 'family.'
*I prefer nice hotels over camping although I do enjoy the occasional hike. There is a damn good chance I'm not going fishing with you unless it's for marlin, the water is warm, and the Coronas are flowing. I love getting out on the water and sailing/boating/jet skiing, but I'm not one to pitch a tent in the woods.
*I prefer pubs to clubs and would rather be at a beach bar or dive than the see-and-be-seen 'hottest club in town.' If you want to pound Red Bulls, bust out the glow sticks, and go to a rave, you might be better off looking for boys in their twenties - as my name indicates, I'm a MAN - I'm quite over that scene.
*My tastes are very diverse. I LOVE sports! You'll often find me at NFL, NBA, NHL, and baseball games - I love college sports, too. I frequently travel back to AZ for ASU sporting events, Pittsburgh for Steelers games, Penguins games, and charity events, and head back to NYC for a Yankees game at least once a year. I love going to SF Giants games, too. I also love live theater (have seen Chicago, Hairspray, Jersey Boys, and Wicked on Broadway in NYC), art museums (have visited most all of the finest museums in the country), and film (love independent, classic, and foreign films).
*My tastes in movies range from the brainless comedy (Wedding Crashers, There's Something About Mary, etc) to the Hollywood blockbuster to the obscure independent (Memento) to a great foreign film (Jeux d'enfants, Amelie, The Secret in Their Eyes, etc). I also enjoy live music and am always scanning the weekly paper for events to attend both in and out of town.
