Okay, so I'm gonna be honest from the get-go.....I've been on and off Match for a little while now and have still not "connected" with "the one" yet. So I figured its time for a complete re-work of my profile. :)
Yes, I know, the pictures are the same, and I can't change what I look like (which may lose some of you, but hopefully not many). But I CAN change what I have to say!
We'll, for starters, I am Jason, I'm a Taurus...Cinco de Mayo is my birthday and I am probably one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet! Yes, I am tooting my own horn here.....so, if you're looking for a guys with an edge (tattoos, a major drinking problem, or a criminal record), you'll find the rest of what you read COMPLETELY boring.
During the week, or the work day, I am an environmental consultant with a steady job that requires me to drive a lot! I like my job and just like anyone else's it has its pros and cons. I do live by the philosophy of "I work to live and not live to work." Yes, this may be very cliche, but if you're a go-getter and rather spend hours at the office and a few others on he phone with "the boss" when you get home, sorry, we're probably not compatible. Don't get me wrong, I like a girl/woman with a fantastic career, but I'd rather not come in second place to that. If that makes me needy or clingy, whatever!
A short list of my favorite things to do: VIP movie theater (lately first showings on the weekends), hockey games (Kings!) live and on TV, hockey games (I play twice a week), golf, an occasional concert, a night out in Laguna/Newport/San Clemente (a nice dinner and some drinks), or during the week....a night in with a movie and some serious relaxing!
My type or kind of girl/woman is: probably in the age range of 27-32, is physically attractive (I know looks aren't everything, but lets face it, we are ALL looking for this), and can handle a serious conversation (with some sarcasm and humor mixed in). I won't debate politics or the latest episode of cheesy reality TV, but I want to interact with my significant other. I like my girl to dress up for a night out...or a night in (if you know what I'm saying...wink wink).
Basically, I am an affectionate, laid back, nice guy who just wants a girl/woman that is done with their bad boy wanting/Vegas clubbing/sugar daddy desiring phase and wants to be part of a "team." One that sees travel, marriage, kids (?), and lots of fun in their future.
Ultimately, I think we're all looking for the same thing, just in varying degrees. Mine just happens to like vacations in Maui, likes dogs, text messages during the day, and wearing Frederick's lingerie at night! ;)
