Hi there! Thanks for visiting. I'm particularly good at finding the lighter, humorous sides of situations. And particularly bad at remembering where I put my keys. I can be on the quieter side, but I'm the farthest thing from shy. I enjoy conversations that unexpectedly turn deep, especially one's about making New Orleans a better place. (I finished a masters degree in Urban Planning this past December). I can be witty, and sometimes a smart ass. In general I tend to be optimistic and good natured.
I used to write for and produce a local PBS show, and recently I started an eco-tourism business that's goal is to educate people on land loss in Louisiana. We take people out in boats and kayaks-- neither of which I did previously, so I am trying to get really good at that quickly! But I love being outdoors, so it's been a real good time.
I enjoy catching up with friends over a beer, seeing live music, and hanging out with my family. I am a native New Orleanian (which oddly enough seems to be rare these days).
I have a soft spot for guy's guys. Also a real soft spot for intelligence and a good sense of humor. I love it when a guy makes me laugh. I'm real laid back and even tempered, and I prefer to date someone who is as well. I love traveling and having crazy adventures around town. Ideally, I want the guy I end up with to be passionate about making the world a better place.... I guess in general I'd say I'm looking for a partner in crime, someone who makes the time fly by.
