I'm from NY, I lived in Manhattan for 3 1/2 years then headed out west where I freelanced as a television editor for 6 1/2 years in sunny LA. Now I'm back in NYC for good working as a commercial editor and I absolutely love it. Its great to be back in NY amongst the crazy-neurotic, fashion conscious, brass NY'ers. I love cruising around Manhattan on my Vespa and I have an extra helmet if you're not too afraid with spring quickly coming upon us there is no better place to engage in restaurant culture, theatre, and life except maybe Montauk and the Hamptons.
I'm looking for someone who enjoys trying new things as they come, taking a sailing lesson off the Hudson, strolling through the park with a picnic basket full of food from Eataly, rockclimbing, sifting through local boutiques or thrift stores, or for someone who is not too cool to do something as corny as apple picking in the fall. That last one may not turn out to be as romantic as it sounds but I guess you never know until you try.
If you love to travel you are not alone. If you like to play a set of tennis, I'm not going to let you win, not at first. Enjoy a glass of wine? I do. White, rose or red, it all depends upon the kind of mood you're in tonight. If cracking up at the crazy's in this city is your thing, you have an ally at that. It's okay to send me a wink or a message. Who knows? We may just end up having a great time enjoying NYC like its meant to be done.
