My karaoke jams are "Like a Prayer" (Madonna), "Perfect Gentleman" (Wyclef) and "Don't Look Back in Anger" (Oasis). My favorite jolly rancher flavor is green apple.
I am a goofy girl with a large heart. But...there's much more to me than I can describe with a character limit. This is almost more daunting than a job interview. Here goes though:
I am a transplant from Boston and have been in NY close to 6 years. Before you make fun of me and crack bad Matt Damon and Ben Affleck jokes, I don't have an accent. Pretty sure there is nothing trashier than not being able to pronounce your 'r' when you speak. I did retain my love for the Red Sox though (can we still be friends?).
I work in Human Resources at an investment bank. My lexicon essentially consists of telling people they are either hired or fired. My day is usually pretty intense and I go home at night exhausted but with plenty of stories. I'm a main subscriber to work hard, play hard though.
I believe there is a soundtrack to life and you rarely find me without my ipod (which includes everything from Elvis to Eminem. Just depends on my mood).
I generally take care of everyone close to me (my friends consider me the mommy of the group for that reason). My hope is to meet someone who can take care of me in return. Family and friends have played a vital role in my life, and I value them greatly (despite the fact that I would like to shoot them on a regular basis). I am looking for someone that shares this value in family and friends as well (minus the shooting part, of course).
So, your move next. Shoot me a message. Would love to trade crazy online dating stories with you :-)
