How about a museum in the afternoon, followed by a bike ride to the beach, Japanese food, and then drinks over good music.
I pleasantly have plenty of free time in the summer, while I work too much the first five months of the year. Instead of making me flat out crazy, this works out well for me and tells a bit about me......I like it both fast passed and mellow.
