I'm going to take a little different approach here. Instead of telling you that I like Pina Colada's, or getting caught in the rain, I'm going to give you my observational philosopy on men and women. I believe this approach will give you MORE insight as to who I really am and what I believe.
First, if you don't know who Alison Armstong is, Google her. Her insights on men and women (and what we both need), is articulated better than anyone I have ever heard on this subject.
1).... Women want to feel safe in a relationship! Any man that uses women, is abusive (in any way), or disrespects the woman he is with, is not a man. He is a weak human who obviously has issues if he needs to use that kind of power.
2).... Women want a strong man! This doesn't mean that a man can't be compassionate or even tear-up sometimes, but when it comes to standards and principals, he should be willing to live up to his convictions and not crumble at the feet of fear.
3).... Woman should treat their man like a king! I know this is hard for many of you to hear, but men want to feel like they're the Master of their own little universe. If you praise him offten, don't belittle or criticize him constantly, or take your bad moods out on him, a good man- let me repeat that- a GOOD MAN will hand the world to you on a platter and will do ANYTHING for you. He will show you a level of love that you didn't think was possible. If he's a jerk, then all bets are off.
I could go on, but I think you get the idea. I believe these types of comments are more valuable to you in deciding weather to contact me and get to know me better.
Also, you need to know that I'm politically Conservative. I have a brain, and I use it to think or even re-think (if necessary) certain positions. If you're a staunch Liberal I think we'll have problems with our world views right off the bat.
I know for some- reading my profile will be like taking a spoonful of Caster Oil, but if you can appreciate my honesty and think we might have some similarities, I would love to hear from you.
