Hi! It's nice to "meet" you. I gave this "Matchland" business a go around before and figured it's worth another shot. So, here we go...
About me: I've lived in Denver for about 8 years now and love this city. I work for a software company - Our Denver office is in the DTC but I mostly work from home with a little travel thrown in the mix. I have a dog. His name is Tucker - He's a 3 year old Aussie and he's my partner in crime. Weekends usually include a hike of sorts to wear out the dog followed by dinner, drinks, etc... with friends. Neighborhood favorite places include Lola, Denver Beer Co. and Forrest Room 5. When I get out of the Highlands, going to see music is always a favorite as is seeking out a neighborhood dive bar - Something the Highlands doesn't have and needs desperately. I try to get up to the mountains as much as I can. I love to ski, love to hike, bike, camp / backpack. I am tall and I like to wear heels. I clean up pretty well but also have a little earth muffin in me - I have no problem getting dirty on a camping trip. Friends and family are incredibly important to me - My sister lives in Aspen and my folks are in Michigan (where I'm originally from) and I see them as much as I can. My sister is the yin to my yang.
About you: You are kind. You are genuine. You challenge me. You make me laugh. You have drive and ambition. We have fun together and we bring out the best in each other. We don't have to have all of the same interests / hobbies but with that said, a want to explore and try new things is a must. You teach me, I teach you and we grow together. You are my partner and my friend.......and you love my dog.
As a last thought: When it's all said and done, if it doesn't work out for you and me, I'd hope to at least have a friend out of the whole experience. All things in life are best shared be it with a friend or a partner. ...And who knows, maybe I have some nice girlfriends to introduce you to.
