I really am getting tired of meeting girls at Church and in the Grocery Stores who like to travel, have great friends, love their job and love their family. Those are all obvious red flags. So I thought I would give Match a shot.
I am 39 years old and can say I am in the best shape of my life. Most important I have a full head of hair. I do have a few gray hairs but more in a Richard Gere Pretty Woman way. I am totally accepting of my grays although my Mother asked me the other day if I was going to use a Grecian hair dye formula. Hey, she can go to town on dad but not this guy! I am real sorry, for I kept trying to take shirtless pictures of myself in the bathroom with my iPhone but I didn't appear in any of them. Does that make me a Vampire or something?
My Mother s girlfriends think I am handsome and a good catch Come on, can you doubt the Golden Girls? Well except Blanche, we all know she like ALL men. I am originally from the South Side of Chicago so I do talk a little funny. I don't live there any more I am now on the North Side. Also, I promise I won't steal any silverware if we go out to dinner.
I am well-traveled; I have been to London, Amsterdam, Buenos Aires, Des Moines and Paris. I recently have been diagnosed with a case of Matchophrenia. This is where you think every person you see out is on match. So if you recognize me during the morning commute please just keep to yourself. That is best for me according to my therapist.
Fun facts about me
I am left handed
I invented my own signature omelet
I once liked Coldplay for about two minutes (which I will never get back)
I got Buddy Guy inducted into the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame (I think)
I almost was deported from the U. K. (I was interrogated for 45 minutes)
I have seen The Notebook (please don’t' ask me if I liked it)
What do I look for in a woman? Someone with similar interest like Rainbows, Unicorns, mani and pedi's. You know? The basics.
On a serious note:
I am very close with my family. My Father is my Hero and my Mother is amazing. They raised me good instilling, respect, integrity and a great work ethic. I never expect anything to be giving to me, I work for it. And I believe all of these are part of a healthy relationship as well. I am sort of a Renaissance Man. I am an artist as well as a business man and a lot of interest in between.
What type of Girl I am looking for?
No games, no drama just good times. I am not into arguments for arguments sake. Talking things out is more my style. I am pretty nice guy so if you are the type that falls for the "bad boy jerk" I am probably not a match for you. I would like a friend through the hard times and a partner in crime through the good times.
Can you handle all of this? If so get ready to be swept off your feet. Oh yes, I do have a bad back so I don t think I will be able to literally pick you up but I will give it a try :)
