Well, what can I tell you about myself? My friends would probably say that I am a loyal, loving and caring friend, and I put a lot of time and effort into following up with people who I love and care about. I am looking for a partner who's driven by similar values, and who is looking for a 'teammate' for the long run. Someone who is looking to share the joys of each day, and also willing to weather the tougher moments as a team of two. Someone who shares my desire for intellectual fulfillment and challenge, but at the same time values loyalty and cooperation. Someone who knows how to be single and do well on his own, but chooses to be in a relationship to make those bright moments just that much brighter.
I have a great job and feel very fortunate to have the emotional and financial independence to enjoy the finer things in life. I am looking for a partner who's at a similar stage in their life, looking for a serious, committed relationship - with the possibility of starting a family.
I currently work outside of the NY metro area, but given my flexible work schedule, I spend most of my time in New York.
A bit more about myself through some random facts:-) I love reading editorials, listening to NPR's Wait Wait, and most movies by Almodovar. I love to read Gibran's poems at the end of the day. I love at-home dinners with close friends, cooking together over long conversations. I love Finger Lakes wines and high-end desserts. And at last but my far not the least, I am grateful for my parents, cousin and siblings, who I am very close with, and are my most precious sounding board.
