A little about me, and who I'm looking for. I am an independent yet nurturing woman. My priorities in life are lined up, and I know what is important. I have a wonderful son who lights up my world every day! I enjoy my work, and living in Manhattan for the past 7 years. I love the theater, dinners out, lounges, live music, concerts, sporting events, Central Park, outdoor markets, and just walking aimlessly through the streets; finding exciting new favorite places. At the same time, I like cuddling up on a Friday night blocking out the noise, and the hustle and bustle with a book or a movie. I enjoy good company! It doesn't really matter where we go, or don't. As long as we can laugh and simply enjoy each other and kid around.
My parents were in love, and married for 53 years! I know that's a tall order these days, but I am hopeful! The beach and sunny open spaces is where I'll always run to first when I have some downtime. I spend Summer weekends at my family's beach house on L.I. . (no, it's not in the Hampton's). Laid back and unpretentious. That being said, since I'm wearing a bathing suit a lot I try and live a healthy lifestyle. I also love to travel! I've been to more places in Europe, and the Caribbean than I have in the US. So, I hope to see my own country some more soon!
I certainly have learned what I want in a relationship. Yes, I do want a relationship, that could hopefully lead to something more serious. I am looking for a partner. A true gentleman is extremely appealing, and very rare! Don't get the wrong idea, I am NOT looking to rush into anything either. My pet peve is cursing. It's such a turn off to me when a man can't seem to finish a sentence without dropping the F-bomb. So, I hope that we can share some interests, and teach each other new things, have similar morals, and values. Let's talk for hours; laugh and smile till our cheeks hurt! Let's have fun and be flirty! Chemistry is important! In the end, I am looking for an all around intelligent, good man, with a loving heart.
