I like to keep myself incredibly busy. My friends say during the week you'll likely only see me in work clothes or workout clothes - I work hard and otherwise like to be active and have fun with friends and family. I can find the humor in any situation, and I'm incredibly sarcastic. Tease and be teased! It's important not to take life too seriously and try to find enjoyment in everything you do - a try anything once and be up for anything type personality. I'm not typically one to just lay around on the couch all weekend. I live in VaHi so I can ditch my wheels for the weekend and walk... to the store, to the park, to the festivals, to the bars. It's easily the best part of town and I like to be out enjoying it!
Since I grew up in the suburbs of Atlanta, went to UGA and now live in the city, I'm fortunate to have a good network of friends that I stay pretty busy with. I'm also very close to my family so its nice to be in the same town. I work as an innovation consultant in Buckhead, but I very rarely travel like what is typical of the profession (which I admit is very nice, although I love traveling I'd rather do it for pleasure not business). Just got back from a 2.5wk trip to Peru. The Inca Trail was amazing! Sad to be back.
I love playing and watching all sports (except basketball... but I could be swayed). I'm a diehard Steelers and Bulldawgs fan. I play A LOT of tennis, never turn down an opportunity to play volleyball and generally just love any activity that involves being outside. I drive a Jeep and motorcycle to be sure I can always enjoy the beautiful weather, but if you're looking for a biker chick my personality far from reflects that. I just enjoy an adventure and the bike was a challenge. I like running and trying out the different adventure/unique races that have blown up in the last few years (but I'm not in the least competitive/hardcore about finishing times. I just do them for fun/to stay in shape): The Color Run, Firefly Run, Warrior Dash. Doing the Hot Chocolate 15k.. It's all just for fun, just have to be willing to get out and try new things!
