I am a motorcycle riding, fiend in the kitchen, tattooed, world traveling, professional singer who probably has too many opinions for my own good but has a kind heart and a lot of affection to give.
I am choosing a life full of "yes" and this is another opportunity to do just that. "Yes" to meeting fascinating people. "Yes" to discovering an amazing woman and, through her, discover something new about life. To be present in each moment and with the woman I am with. In all honesty, though, I'm not looking to settle down and start a family anytime soon. If this is important to you, I hope you find the right person here. But I may not be the right one for you.
I grew up in Portland, OR. I lived in NYC for several years. I traveled all of America for three years with a Broadway national tour and I still love to see new places.
My job has me traveling a lot. But it also allows me a lot of (paid) time off. Now is a long break in which I have time to explore Los Angeles and its dynamic opportunities. I've discovered that, as rewarding as traveling the world has been, it means little unless I have someone to turn to and say, "Hey, look at that! Isn't that beautiful? Of course we can have gelato twice a day! Do you think it's safe to drink the water?" Or to simply sit back at home and share the exploits of the day with a spectacular bottle of wine (and maybe some cheese. I love cheese).
Adventures are not just where you go, but who you meet and what your share of yourself with another person. Adventures are not always big. They can be small, intimate, funny, silly. There is fear and excitement in allowing yourself to be vulnerable in another's presence, and in respecting that vulnerability in another.
If I say anymore, we might as well be on our first adventure together. I guess I should save a little for later...
