I am most passionate about traveling and learning about different cultures around the world. I have been fortunate to live and work in Africa and Latin America as both teacher and with the United Nations serving refugees. Also have been able to spend some leisure time in the Middle East. I am looking forward to visiting India in a few months!
I have done a lot of work in the non-profit field with victims of domestic violence and child abuse. Before that I worked with refugees in Ethiopia and hope to get back to that aspect of social work in the near future, as I love meeting people from different countries.
I enjoy movies, symphonies, museums, sports, etc. I pretty much love trying new things and enjoying what life throws my way.
