I'm a Minnesota boy through and through. I love frozen ponds, the state fair (the people watching is second to none) and summers around the lake. I cheer (intensely) for all the local sports squads. Sadly I take all Gopher Hockey, Vikings, Twins, Cubs, Wild, Timberwolves, Minnetonka HS hockey, Gustavus hockey AND University of North Carolina Tar Heel basketball games a TAD too seriously...but I am working on that. I am extremely close with my family and have a strong support staff of friends that mean the world to me. I would say I'm a highly motivated and social human being. I believe strong communication makes all relationships work and don't tend to let conflict sit for too long.
I'm looking for a strong, independent woman. I was raised by one, I'm a sibling of one, and being raised in Minnetonka I was most certainly around plenty of them! If you have an opinion, fantastic, lets hear it...if you don't, then just fake it for 2-3 rounds before succumbing to my rhetorical victory :). Someone who is affectionate and takes pride in their appearance is welcomed. Also, I tend to laugh a lot so any of you Debby Downers out there need not apply. Other than that, I don't have many absolutes other than you can't cheer for the Green Bay Packers...or I guess the White Sox, Bears, Brewers, Canucks, North Dakota Sioux, Wisconsin Badgers, Iowa Hawkeyes, Edina Hornets or of course St. Olaf!
Random Facts:
- In my family, we name our cars. I'm currently driving Antwan!
- I will only purchase tennis/running shoes in the colors of my High School and College :)...
- I refuse to wear plain white socks.
- My happy place is sitting in a 25 degree ice arena, yep, I'm that guy.
- Nature and I don't get along. Which is WHY I attempt to surround myself with people who force it upon me.
- I love to vacuum.
