I am looking for an intelligent, passionate, well read, motivated woman who knows what she wants in life and is working on going after it. I suppose I want over the long run what we all want... a healthy, respectul relationship with someone who I'm crazy about and who is also crazy about me. For clarity purposes.... good, healthy passiontate crazy. Not bat poo crazy. No one wants that.
I'm back on Match again after the end of a great relationship I also found on here. I'm hoping there is some magic left in the method.
Overall, I'm pretty happy with my life. I'm fortunate enough to have a job I enjoy with great people. I've recently moved into a new house which I'm doing some renovations too. I feel a particular sense of pride into being able to improve my home and know that I've had a large part in the outcome.
If you've made it this far, you may have also noticed that I have a daughter, of whom I have 50% custody. She's now 8, and I'm very protective of that relationship. In the 5 years I've been separated/divorced, no one that I've dated has been involved in her life, but I'm hoping one day that will change with the right woman. If my having a child bothers you, I entierly understand and we aren't right for each other, but please know that I have no intentions of adding her to the "dating me" mix in the short run... I'd have to be certain we were pretty serious before it would get to that point.
That having been said, I am hopeful to have more children and get re-married eventually. I'm hoping to find that special relationship that makes me think it's all possible.
