I have just recently returned to much-missed Los Angeles after too many years away. I spent the better part of the time away flying for the Air Force and exploring as much of the world as possible, now I am excited to check out what's new in the area. I can't wait to find someone with whom to take advantage of all SoCal has to offer! (By the way, it's not that I plan on stopping my personal travel, but now I have to trade off getting to control the time and place with having to flying commercial).
I grew up in New York City and spent a good deal of time traveling the world as the son of a U.N. scientist. I guess I never grew up because I still jump at the chance to take interesting trips whenever I can, both for work and for fun. Somehow I ended up temporarily laid-over in a few places over the last several years, the least attractive being not-so-scenic North Dakota before driving back West and enjoying the last few years in NorCal.
I enjoy getting outside as much as possible and am always looking for something new to try.
When I'm in, I enjoy cooking, movies, and a good book. I also write a bit, but don't enjoy writing about myself so I'll keep this short and hope to hear from you.
