I really enjoy my job. Not many can say that, but I have found calling. I graduated from UNE in Maine with a degree in Elementary Education. I work in an elementary school (K-5) as a gifted and talented math teacher as well as the computer teacher and technology handy man in my school. Ideally, I hope to further my career as a teacher and have my own classroom next year. I have many aspirations and goals as a teacher and I hope to become the best I can possibly be. I love working with kids and the greatest joy is seeing the understanding and smiles of your students when they grasp a concept or when they are proud of what they have done. On top of teaching, I work with a few local Rec Centers helping out with programs as well as running my own Basketball Clinics for grades K-8 and volunteer coaching for a 6th grade girls travel team (I know crazy right). I am just doing the things I love to do; coach, work with kids, and teach and wouldn't have it any other way.
Family is very important to me. My mom and my dad inspire and motivate me as well as mean the world to me. I have a younger brother and sister and would do anything for my family. I have some great friends around the United States and one is the reason why I find myself here. She suggested that I won't meet the girl I am looking for in the bar scene so why not try a dating site or pick someone up at the grocery store. Well the grocery store hasn't been the best of luck so here I find myself.
I love to laugh and make people laugh. I like to be active, but at the same time I love staying in and enjoying some movies or just hanging out whether it be cooking dinner (trying new recipes). A lot of people refer to me as a jack of all trades because I do so many various activities that when you look at me you wouldn't believe it. I enjoy writing, playing sports, cooking, learning to play guitar. If something interests me I go out and try it. There is too much to life, to not enjoy all the little things that it has to offer. I have plans to travel the world in the future and I still chase my dreams and goals. A man without a dream, is a man who has not found a reason to live.
Ultimately, I am looking for my PIC (partner in crime), someone who can always make me laugh, make me fall in love over and over again everyday. Someone who doesn't think random compliments are creepy, but instead are thoughtful and sweet. Someone who is comfortable with being themselves and looking for the same things that I look for; a fairy tale ending sort of speak (I believe they exist, I see it everyday in my parents).
