The search for different types of knowledge drives many of my decisions. I guess information sponge could describe me quite well (although my coworkers instead refer to me as "the wikipedia"). I was the kid who always took stuff apart just to see how it worked and somehow my studying habits didn't change much after finishing my degrees.
In my previous career life I was a chef. While I've regretfully left behind the restaurant work hours (ok, not so regretfully), I've still maintained my love for good food. Is it art or simply a hedonistic pursuit? Maybe both.. Who cares inevitably, it's delicious after all. So instead of paying bills through the somewhat (less so than most people think) artistic endeavors of the kitchen, I now get to flex the logical parts of my brain in the development realm of IT. It's an amazingly rewarding field which also allows my inner geek to shine and keeps me surrounded with other bright individuals.
I'm looking for someone on the edge of the bell curve to enjoy new experiences, experiment in the kitchen, dance recklessly, and debate well into the night with.
