I'm a quirky mix of rocker and nerd so I tend to have interests all over the spectrum. Laughter is essential in my life so I surround myself with positive friends and family.
I'm an upbeat woman who finds happiness in staying active and exploring what the world has to offer. There is no typical weekend for me and the variety of plans keeps me on my toes (kickball, rodeo, winery tour, cook-out). I prefer smaller gatherings so I'd choose a baseball game over a bar. Teaching middle school can be stressful, so I've learned to laugh it off and appreciate that three things can fix most stress: hugs, flowers and craft beer.
I'm originally from the Philadelphia so don't judge me for cheering for the Eagles!
I channel my type-A tendencies into creative outlets and hope to start a side business from my sewing in the next year or two. There is something incredibly satisfying about creating something colorful and beautiful from bits and pieces.
My current obsessions include Game of Thrones, quilting, traveling and tattoos.
Since I'm so active, my partner should be my best friend who loves to be active and still enjoys the movie date at home. Friendship and trust are the foundations for a relationship for me. But I'm also a sucker for a good pun and a glass of red wine.
