My grandma always told me "Yesterday was history, tomorrow is a mystery, today is a gift, that's why it's called the Present."
What you can’t see in the photos is the spark ignited within me every day to appreciate and live the fullest life I can live. You can’t hear the joyous sounds of my laughter or feel the warmth emanating from my happiness. You definitely can’t see all of my light, because I am the least photogenic person on this planet. : ) Besides this, there’s no way all my energy can be captured! I laugh at myself, easily and often. I love my job working with kids’ learning differences and helping them discover their voices. I am keenly concerned with the state of our environmental resources, our policies, preservation and sustainable practices, etc. but I try not to obsess over all of it. I love sharing time with people trail running, cycling in Marin or playing golf at Harding Park. I jigsaw wooden puzzles and gifts for my friend’s children, and make and bake dinners for my friends. I love me a basil vodka gimlet, as well as green juices, and cleansing teas. I am playful but also very dedicated, motivated and analytical. Live music, although rare, raises my vibration; so does a good conversation, a glass of wine and a nice kiss. You think and communicate with compassion, and are a tad out of the box. You are generous, loyal, clever, and ambitious. You are probably going to become my new best friend.
So, if you are reading this far, and you are over 45, or under 35 for that matter, I am certain I could be inclined to exchange some friendly conversation with you at a bar or at the farmer’s market about the cherry tomatoes or triple cream cheeses, but let’s save our energy on this and instead send an email to someone with correctly aligned parameters.
But, if you think you can appreciate the gentle force of nature described above and are excited by the idea of growing with someone for a long time, let’s do this.
