For the most part, I'm a pretty mellow, low drama person. I can adapt and make the most out of any situation. I have a witty and goofy sense of humor most of the time, but it can turn jaded and sarcastic after stressful days at work (either way, I’m still a very funny person).
People say I look, act, and talk like a surfer, but I can never seem to figure out how to stand up on those things! Like everyone else on this sight, family and friends mean a lot to me, but I prefer the company of strangers and sworn enemies :)
I enjoy spending my time outdoors, and love having both the mountains and the ocean nearby. Sometimes I wonder if I am turning "earthy"… I’ve been going to the farmer's market, commuting by bicycle, and remembering to bring my multi use bags to the grocery store. There is, however, another side of me that enjoys the glamour and excitement of city life. I love listening to good live music at a small club, dining out at a sushi restaurant, or going to a museum or a baseball game.
Although I am not even close to being rich, I consider myself pretty successful. I live in the upstairs of a nice duplex, I work at a job that is meaningful and rewarding, and I have an awesome pet cat named Freddy that will follow me down to the beach to watch the sunset. At this point, I am looking for a mature woman, who has settled into her life, to build a stable, long term relationship with.
Which nicely segues into the type of woman I am looking for…. First, I have no desire to date a marathon champion, but you should enjoy the outdoors and believe in getting exercise. I am also looking for someone who is educated and intelligent, who can carry on a conversation about something other than celebrity gossip. Finally, I am looking for someone who stays aware of what is happening in our community, and makes it a priority to improve it. I find money, title, and status symbols do not equate to happiness at all, but a willingness to help others who live nearby is very sexy :)
So that’s me. If there are any questions I would be more than happy to answer them… just ask. Looking forward to hearing from you…
