I'm a friendly, laid-back type who's almost always happy with his life. I like simplicity in life; plenty of free time, regular exercise and the opportunity to learn more about our world through books, educational television or conversations with others.
I would like to find someone that finds humor (for our Canadian members, "humour") in similar things. I also think it could be nice to read the same book and share thoughts about it.
For get-aways, I've become fond of the Southwest US in recent years. Any place warm and dry when it's not in the Northeast will do. I am looking forward to my first trip to China and perhaps Korea this summer.
