A little about me.... I'm a 35-year old Bay Area native who returned to the area after finishing college. I work at a mortgage company in San Ramon as a way to fund my passion for travel. I make it a point to get at least one new stamp in my passport each year. The farther from home the better. I'm very adventurous, and I loved trying new things, meeting new people, tasting new food...you get the idea.
As for my personality, I'm one of those people who is shy when I first meet you, but I'll say anything once we get to know eachother. I have the wonderful ability to laugh at myself, which often comes in handy (I can be kinda clutzy). I am pretty open-minded and I'm looking for someone to try new things with. I'm also kinda sarcastic. Sometimes "kinda" is an understatement.
Like apparently everyone else on this website, I'm just as happy going out on a long hike as I am vegging out on the sofa watching a movie or reading a good book. I don't mind going out to a bar if I have a good group of friends to hang out with. But I'd rather go someplace fun to dance or play shuffleboard instead of just standing around. I'm most comfortable in jeans and a t-shirt, but I also like getting dressed up when the occasion calls for it. And I think eating is one of life's great pleasures. I'm an adventurous eater and I'll try anything. I love finding new hole in the wall places nearby; they always seem to have the best food.
I'd like to find someone who makes me feel comfortable enough to be myself. I like guys who are funny, self-confident and intelligent. Super serious guys are not for me. I'm a playful person, and I'm looking for someone to be playful with. If you can take some ribbing and dish it out in return, we'd probably get along great.
