I grew up in Carmel, California-- a mystical town on the coast of northern California. I am one of those annoying people whose childhood was too good. I've lived here on the west side for 13 years. I am torn between northern and southern California but I do like it here and plan to be here for now. I am preparing to move north at some grand point in my life and perhaps you may become part of that plan. I love adventure. I work full time. I travel when I have breaks from school. How bizarre is it that I have lived in California all of my life and have never been to Yosemite but have been to the Scrovegni Chapel in Padua? Planning to do more traveling especially a music/theatre/arts themed trip to London and/or Paris. I am very busy with school and work and I'm happy to make time for you and me with all do respect to our goals and schedules. Supporting each other in our dreams is essential. Do not bother me if me being a working student is going to bore you or is not somewhere that you want your woman to be in life. Do not waste our time and I'll be happy to eventually waste time with you. I love good music-- name me a tune and I'll sing and dance it for you. Dance it with you. I'm especially fond of synth and the 80's genre-- basically anything layered with guitar, drums, bass, synth, orchestra, choir, drum machines, excellent lyrics etc. I love learning new(could be old) genres and I'm inspired by a lot of them. The last couple of years have yielded an awesome amount of indie, 80's resurgence sounds. My new favorite artists are Miracle Fortress, Summer Camp, Kishi Bashi, and Neon Indian. I appreciate anything that delights my ears, heart, mind, and soul with beautiful complexities and simplicities. Anything that encapsulates romance and the art of truly living. Love animals-- especially dogs. I am a "foody"/"wino". I love the English language and language for that matter. I am classic, a bit old fashioned, mixed in a modern woman. I do like technology but need someone to sort of fill in that blank. I do typically like nice guys from northern California but that's just me being nostalgic and I do like nice men from other places too. I want what everyone wants: My ideal man is human-- a rare bird. He's gallant, afraid, vulnerable, intuitive, intelligent, emotionally sophisticated, can not only make fun of me but also ridicule himself, sweet, tender, all around strong, loves good music, can perhaps figure out things with me better than we can figure them out alone, can think deeply about life, can guide me towards my dreams, can make me laugh harder, challenges me to be better, cares about making a difference, loyal, nerdy, creative, successful at what he does, and definitely does not have to be track team star to win my heart, just healthy.
