I am a fun loving gentleman with a good life. I am family-oriented, have a great career, very close to my friends and very reliable. I just moved to California two years ago from Arizona. I have emerged myself into a very active lifestyle. I live by the beach so I enjoy getting outside.

I got into road cycling and enjoy many rides. I just did my first century ride about a month ago. I like to get fresh air and exercise outside. I am not a gym rat and prefer to practice surfing, hiking, swimming or I am always down for a casual ride on my beach cruiser.
I am always open to going out to see live bands and concerts. I have a wide variety of taste of music. I am right now listening to a lot of dance and upbeat music. My all time favorite is still punk rock, but I love classic, alternative, hair metal, jazz, blues, bluegrass, country, hip hop, and some rap. I am always up to see "The Red Elvises" in Santa Monica when they are in town.
I have a huge love for food especially if it is fresh and healthy. One of my favorite places is Pita Jungle. Over the last 12 months I have started to enjoy cooking for friends and myself and now do a lot of grilling. I never knew how much cooking relaxes me until I tried it. I actually attempted to make a low fat seafood Paella the other night.
In the past I was a huge Movie Buff. I would watch just about every pile that came out. I still enjoy movies, but I am a little more snobbish about the films I see since most are very predictable and CGI does nothing for me if the character development and story stinks. I can usually keep up with anyone who is an avid movie watcher and can quote one too many lines from film.
I love making people laugh and enjoy interesting conversations with informed people. My best match is an intelligent and witty woman who shares my sense of humor. The first thing I notice about someone is their energy and I'm hoping to meet a woman who has a warm smile, a caring demeanor, positive energy and plenty of confidence.
