I'm impressed by authenticity (& a positive attitude with consistently good manners, not just for a nice dinner). No games, just be straight. Just be yourself and speak truth. I'm looking for a sweetheart who is caring, thoughtful, loyal and confident in who they are. Someone who is game for adventure, whether that be snowshoeing the mountains, sailing the islands, or just throwing a dinner party. Born and raised in Alabama by Chicagoan parents. Went to Colorado for college and studied abroad in Paris and the DR.
I enjoyed the sophistication of Europe, but missed the raw adventure of Colorado and friendly hospitality of Alabama.
After college, I traveled Cambodia and Thailand and moved to Vietnam to teach English and gain experience in international development. Lessons were learned and I surprised everyone, including myself, by moving back to Alabama, where I earned my Master's Degree in a health field. My ideal would be to live half my time in the mountains and the other half on the coast, with some international flavor. I live passionately and I cherish those who are near and dear to me.
Lots of international and domestic travel and experiences. Love international development, entrepreneurship, health, and stimulating conversation of new ideas. I've never had trouble meeting people or making friends, so just like all of us, I can't believe I'm on here, but it makes sense in this "busy" and tech world we live in!
I am happiest when I am outside, moving and exploring, taking in the moment. I love dancing and have taught many things from adult salsa to baby ballerinas.
