What I am: I'm currently a bartender at the long beach convention center. Fun crowds, good money (most days at least) and an awesome job. I'm also a full time student studying chemical engineering. Ask me about it some time, very interesting stuff. I'm also an Eagle Scout, a fact I'm very proud and mildly surprised of when I look back on what my teenage years were like...
Who I am: I'm a geek. No, I don't have broken glasses, I don't have a crippling speech impediment, I can carry on a conversation as well as the next man, and in fact I used to play right tackle/defensive end in high school (stopped playing to avoid getting a serious injury after quite a few minor ones). I am however a sucker for almost everything there is to geek out about. Computers, video games, table top war gaming, fantasy novels (Game of Thrones most recently), etc. I love it all, so much more interesting than anything reality TV can come up with.
What I'm looking for: The whole package. Brains, personality, beauty, typically in that order. I don't want someone to just share stories with and take up the seat next to me in the movie theater. I want someone who makes me feel like myself when I'm with them. I don't want to change for someone, I want to change because of someone.
PS, yes I shave my head. It's not to be tough, I have my grandpa's genes to thank for it and refused to have a combover at 20. Upside, I save money on haircuts and shampoo.
