Happy New Year to you all....many blessings for a banner 2013!
I grew up living all over the country; OH, MD, SC, NY, FL, and had amazing careers in San Francisco, LA, NY, Washington, D.C, CT and South FL. I miss Cali and New England! In December 2012, I turned the page and started a new chapter...actually a whole new book! I just sold my house in Boca, moved to the beach in Ponte Vedra, FL and am excited about my new adventure...the views are beautiful and the people are so nice!
Having raised my two children on my own while maintaining a busy professional career, they are now both off to college (FSU and UF) and I am so happy for them. I sacrificed a lot to be the best parent I could be and my investment truly paid off...I am so blessed!
I am like a fiddle in a Irish band; I dance around life full of love in my heart, a kick in my step and passion in my eyes. I love meeting people and can talk to anyone. Children and animals are my soft spots, love to sing, go to Mass on Sundays and exercise daily. I can often be heard quoting various lines from movies and/or "The Office." I'm silly, goofy, intelligent, compassionate, funny, responsible, honest and adventuresome. I have been told I am also very sexy but I guess that's up to interpretation:) I am just a happy, positive person that believes in taking responsibility for our own actions.
I LOVE to travel and have been to every state in the US, France and Ireland. Next up...Italy, Germany and Prague. I am a huge history buff and love WWII chronicles.
In lieu of ranting about what I am looking for, I will simply say that I hope to find a wonderful man to spend the rest of my life with. I am not looking for dates, quick hook-ups or the likes...I am a real Southern girl who has made it on my own and would now like to share it with someone very special.
