I'm a lovely southern lady from Texas ( Austin),took a leap and moved to Manhattan. Now, 4 years later... Boom,I'm a New Yorker ( I think)! I went to school and cheered for OU, Boomer Sooner. I joined at the request from a friend so I'll give it a go. My daddy played for the Astros so I do like sports. I have to say, no offense to my papa, but I'm a Bears fan. I'm genuine beyond words, caring, cheesy, very unique, bubbly, positive, sarcastic and a big ball of fun. I'm very passionate about my hobbies/career/goals and what I do. I like flavor in my life, so I can't be with someone who doesn't like to just be free. I love cooking and going out to different spots in NY- restaurant and what not. I'm looking for a one-in-a-million type of fella who is driven, passionate, able to open doors and appreciate the sweet little things that really matter. Oh, and who can lay a good joke on me now.I love drawing, flash mobs and running. If you bring me double stuffed oreos on a first date, you are pretty sure to have a second one. Forgot to mention, I just moved Apts and Levain's bakery is where its at .. oh and artichoke pizza !
Side note- Being from Texas and moving here .. I feel I'm a double whammy. I'm a lover not a fighter and I like to compliment whether it be women or men. I find here, NY ladies have an odd competition factor going and seem to always think you're coming at them on the wrong foot. Sorry, I say hi and bye, thank you and no thank no matter who you are. Million beautiful people in the world, but that is why you have to be yourself, represent your worth and rock it, strut it , love it everyday. Confidence is sexy....... My favorite color is green ( mint green, seafoam green, emerald green) you know what they say about people who love green?!! We are the smartest creatures on earth. Drop the mic!
Goals within the next three years : opening my own business, visiting around 20 countries/cities, learning another language on top of the ones I already know which would equal 4, sky dive, swim with sharks in South Africa, write a book, learn to play the piano, surf, break into dance and song in the middle of times square.. so many more things I'd spoil it if I kept writing.
