Lucky in life but unlucky in love. I've never been one to participate in an online dating site but lets face it, today's social scenes leave a lot to be desired when looking for an ideal life partner. I decided to give this a try and see where it leads me. So a little about me and what I hope to find...
First off I LOVE to laugh and make others laugh. I've been told that once I open up I have a great sense of humor :) Life’s short, so I look for humor in all things. I love to lead an active and healthy lifestyle while sneaking in the occasional In-N-Out double double or pizookie =) I grew up playing basketball…and therefore love the Lakers! And yes, it is the only sport I watch. So if you are a guy that sits on the couch all day to watch any and all sports, and scratch your beer belly with one hand while the other stuffs your face with a handful of potato chips…you’re not the one for me(I crack myself up!).
But in all seriousness, I'm hoping to find someone that I can grow with in life and in love. Someone who shares similar values and interests. Honesty, integrity, communication and religion are some of the core values that I hold dear and expect to have these reciprocated; trust is something that's earned not given. Family and friends are a TOP priority for me as well and I would never put them after a relationship. A fun, outgoing and energetic personality is a must for me in any relationship. I don’t like playing games, and the only kind of drama I like is the stuff that I watch on TV. I am easy going and don't mind surprises. I can get all dressed up for a night out, stay in to watch a movie and cuddle on the couch, get away for the weekend, have dinner with friends, BBQ or bake a wicked awesome dessert. God didn't promise us tomorrow, so I like to live in the moment.
Maybe I've watched too many Hollywood movies....but I am a true romantic at heart. I have a big heart and have a lot of offer someone. I'd rather be single than in the wrong relationship. I know what I want in life and in a relationship and haven't settled for anything less. I need a confident, mature and affectionate man that knows how to be a gentleman and treat a lady. I am looking for my rock, a best friend, and an awesome future husband and father to my children. I'm a pretty simple girl. I'll tell you what I like and what I don't. No mind reading required! Doing something like running errands with me, (not everyday, but every once in a while) just to get in some more quality time. It would be a bonus if you like taking pictures. It'll give us something to look at when we're 90!
Aside from the values that I hold so dear, I'm also a very passionate and driven individual. I have made my own success with the blessings of God and continue to strive for more. I don't feel that work comes before family, but I do think that a healthy balance is a must in any relationship.
