I've lived in NYC for 14 years, but grew up in PA, and as they say, you can take the girl out of the country, but never the country out of the girl.
I'm the type of girl who loves to get dolled up and has no problem throwing my hair into a ponytail and getting my hands dirty. There is a time to look hot and fancy and time to get down and dirty. I'm not shy about knowing which one I want when.
I'd much rather meet someone in person and get to know them that way. I love trying new things, and can be a pretty competitive board game player ;) I'd rather play sports than watch them, but really enjoy going to live games of any kind. I enjoy anything outdoors - hiking, the beach, snowboarding, picnics in the park. I'm kind of a geek and secretly proud of that fact.
I'm looking for someone who knows how to laugh at themselves, who isn't afraid to be a little silly at times - but knows how to get serious when the time calls for it. An adventurous spirit, who can tackle life's challenges with a smile and a "take-no-prisoners" attitude.
